- To start preparing your order, we require at least 30% down payment. Full balance is due before shipping.

*We also have an option of arranging a specific payment plan for you.

- We accept direct wire transfers to our company's bank account (SANTANDER bank in USA) or cheques.

1) How long does it take to prepare my machine order?

- Usually it takes 2-4 weeks to assemble and test a machine before shipping it to a client.

2) How long does the delivery take?

- Depending on your location, 5-10 business days.

3) Is the shipment insured?

- Yes

 

Warranty

1) Does SAUNO machines have warranty?

- Yes, for 1 year from the date of sale.

2) What does the warranty cover?

- Repairs and replacement of faulty components during 1 year period from the date of sale.
